About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Venture Builder to join our team at Bridgemaker GmbH in Dubai. As a Junior Venture Builder, you will play a key role in supporting our projects throughout the innovation process, from idea generation to market entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in various phases of the innovation process, including idea generation, market research, and business model development.
  • Idea Identification and Prioritization: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business ideas, models, and markets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, as well as interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prototyping and Business Case Development: Support the development of prototypes and create business cases for new or existing business models.
  • Scalability and Expansion Strategies: Prepare for scalability and develop automation and expansion strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program or have recently completed it.
  • Initial Experience: Initial experience through an internship in management consulting or the startup sector.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, hands-on attitude, confident communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, ability to question the status quo, and readiness to travel internationally.
  • Language Skills: Native-like command of Italian and very good English skills. German could be a plus but is not a requirement.
