  • Expertise in conducting commercial and economic feasibility studies
  • Knowledge of venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs, or joint venturing
  • Strong finance background including financial valuations and modeling experience
  • Background in strategy development or relevant strategic experience
  • Experience in developing deal strategy and market positioning
  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize data from various sources into meaningful insights
  • Experience with market intelligence platforms, analytics, and report generation
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Track record of originating transactions that resulted in successful deals
