We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our team as Director of Marketing and University Outreach. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract top talent from around the world.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Arabic.

The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess good knowledge of MS Office and multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract top talent from around the world.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential students, academic partners, and industry professionals.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve university goals.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and multi-tasking.
