Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at IFFCO Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Plan and execute breakdown maintenance calls to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Participate in the preventive maintenance planning process and execute it as per schedule to prevent equipment failures.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in inventory planning for spare parts to ensure timely availability and minimize stockouts.
  • QHSE Compliance: Execute all QHSE requirements as advised by Factory management team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain all reports in ERP and technical reports in Excel as per requirement to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Participate in root cause analysis and execute corrective/preventive actions to identify and address equipment issues.
  • Project Implementation: Be part of the team executing all projects and facilities enhancement programs to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and monitor their work to ensure completion of jobs as per specifications and QHSE norms.
  • Team Development: Train and develop the team towards better performance to ensure a high-performing maintenance team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maximizing Uptime: Maximize uptime of machinery and utilities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • QHSE Compliance: Ensure successful compliance to QHSE requirements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently utilize resources and optimize costs towards maintenance operations within scope.
  • Project Implementation: Implement projects as part of the team to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Facilities Enhancement: Enhance facilities to maximize uptime/delivery as part of the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Engineer: Hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Have 5-7 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
