Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's electrical systems, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service to our guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain Electrical Systems: Ensure all electrical work follows safe work practices and procedures, and respond immediately to any Health and Safety concerns.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Evaluate equipment usage and energy efficiency, and take appropriate action to improve.
  • Complete Work Orders: Complete all work orders with due diligence and attention to detail.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of handling electrical systems, including motor controllers, electrical circuits, breakers, and laundry and kitchen equipment.
  • Repair and Maintain: Repair and maintain all hotel electrical equipment, ensuring proper system functionality.
  • Read and Understand: Read and understand basic electrical drawings.
  • Conserve Energy: Follow energy conservation programs and ensure effective communication within the department and with other operational departments.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Electrical Engineering: Possess a certificate in Electrical Engineering.
  • Trade Certificate - Electrician: Hold a relevant Trade Certificate in Electrician.
