Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer will play a vital role in supporting the CEO office in achieving its objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our team at First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GCEO, including handling correspondence, documentation, and other tasks with discretion and professionalism.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and prepare the GCEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, events, conferences, and teleconferences, ensuring timely notifications and updates.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events, engagements, and meetings attended by the GCEO, working closely with the Protocol Assistant to ensure compliance with relevant procedures and protocol.
  • Reporting and Briefing: Develop reports and briefs about the GCEO's visitors and manage the GCEO's inward correspondences, coordinating with the respective CEO office team members to ensure timely and appropriate responses.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience supporting executive and senior staff, preferably in the banking sector.
