- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with nursing staff and other disciplines to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Teaching and Training: Demonstrate expertise in adult education, group dynamics, curriculum development, and teaching strategies to enhance nursing staff's skills and knowledge.
- Competency and Orientation: Assist nursing staff in integrating new knowledge and skills into their practice, ensuring competency is maintained, and providing specialty-specific orientation to relevant staff.
