We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team at Petrofac Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration of subcontracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Subcontract Administration: Oversee the entire lifecycle of subcontracts, from bid normalization to post-award administration, ensuring that all activities are completed within budgets and in compliance with company stipulated Delegation of Authority Matrix.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and hands-on engagement in the administration of subcontracts, working closely with other disciplines to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Engage in risk review processes at various stages of the subcontract lifecycle, contributing based on experience to ensure that potential risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to maintain a high level of governance and integrity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of subcontract administration.
Requirements
