We are seeking a skilled Tourism Specialist to join our team at City One Tourism & Travel LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating travel itineraries outside the UAE. Your duties will include researching destinations, diagnosing client specifications, and suggesting suitable travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research various destinations and means of travel outside the UAE.
  • Diagnose clients' specifications; wishes and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and hotel accommodation, tours, transfer, etc. outside the UAE (ex. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, etc.).
  • Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.

Requirements:
  • Working experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in tourism company.
  • Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
  • Knowledgeable in handling customers' inquiries and complaints.
  • Prompt reply to email inquiries from B2B and B2C clients.
  • Must know how to handle hotels, excursions, and tours packages outside the UAE especially group packages.

Key Skills:
  • A demonstrable interest in travel.
  • Knowledge of key holiday destinations is important.
  • Foreign language skills are an advantage.
