Job Overview

We are seeking a web3 native marketing professional who understands building communities, partnering with various ecosystems, and running engaging campaigns to build an audience and acquire users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute original campaign ideas that are open, participatory, and community-centric.
  • Own content creation across social media and blogs that are relevant to the campaign.
  • Ideate web3 native campaigns targeting communities with power users.
  • Partner with other communities to co-create campaigns.
  • Drive impressions and brand awareness within web3 communities.
Success Metrics

Success in this role will be evaluated on the quality of content/campaigns produced and growth in impressions and brand mentions.

Requirements

Must haves:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role in Web3.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills.
  • Proof of ability to ideate creative web3 content and campaigns and execute them.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Product Marketing.
  • Native English speaker or native English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Marketing.

You will be part of one of India's top blockchain projects with a deep network and experience in the ecosystem. The HQ team is based out of Dubai, but we are a remote team.
