Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and schedules that align with our company's values and vision.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage event budgets and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure venues, services, and materials needed.
  • Supervise event setup and execution, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with timelines.
  • Handle event promotion, marketing, and communication to maximise attendance and engagement.
  • Create post-event reports providing analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, particularly in-house events for reputable organisations.
  • Proven track record and portfolio showcasing successfully executed events.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
