The Sales Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Operations Team at Doo Group.

  • Main Objectives:
    • Provide dedicated administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
    • Track office attendance and maintain accurate records, addressing disciplinary issues as needed.
    • Support sales operations by monitoring performance metrics and verifying data accuracy.
    • Prepare and edit sales reports and documentation.
    • Maintain and organize sales-related records for easy access and compliance.
    • Verify and process expense claims, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal sales reviews.
    • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for sales team members when required.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive sales information with discretion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
    • Attend to visiting clients according to company protocol.
    • Present the company profile to clients as needed.
  • Key Requirements:
