About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Growth Manager to join our team at G42. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and user acquisition through data-driven product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth-Driven Product Strategy
    • Develop and execute a growth-focused product strategy, targeting user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Align the product roadmap with growth objectives, ensuring that new features and enhancements contribute to user base expansion and increased app usage.
  • User Acquisition and Engagement
    • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels to attract new users and engage existing ones.
    • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance data to refine growth strategies and optimize user acquisition efforts.
  • Partnership and Ecosystem Development
    • Proactively seek and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, institutions, and industry influencers to broaden service offerings and enhance the app's value proposition.
    • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives and integration strategies to create a seamless user experience and drive mutual growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user preferences, market trends, and app performance.
    • Use these insights to inform product decisions, marketing strategies, and partnership opportunities, ensuring a data-driven approach to growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the nexus between product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive app growth.
    • Ensure that all growth initiatives are aligned with the overall product vision and company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on growth and user acquisition in the healthcare or tech industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and partnership development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical thinker, driven to innovate and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
