Role Overview:

The Key Account Supervisor role is crucial in driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service within the modern trade sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Account Management and Growth:
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet each account's specific needs.
  • Conduct regular account visits and maintain open communication to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales Growth and Strategy Implementation:
  • Design and execute sales strategies for the modern trade segment to achieve revenue targets and drive account growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward targets.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the company's offerings.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales service by collaborating with internal teams to address client needs promptly.
Market and Competitor Insights:
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the modern trade sector.
  • Collect client feedback to identify gaps and recommend product improvements or innovations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales modern trade account management within FMCG industry.
  2. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
