**Job Summary:**
FAB is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Emiratization strategy, focusing on the efficient implementation and management of various aspects of this initiative across the bank.
The successful candidate will lead relationships with business areas, promoting mutually beneficial partnerships with employees and management. They will participate in strategies and policies consistent with the departmental function head's direction.
Develop and execute the Emiratization strategy, providing guidance to GHR departments on this agenda.
Hold Business Units and HRBPs accountable for achieving Emiratization goals and integrate the delivery of the strategy through collective action.
Evaluate recruitment program activities to ensure FAB meets its objectives and sets direct reports' expectations accordingly.
Oversee coordination of all Emiratization strategy aspects and govern progress against KPIs, intervening when necessary and agreeing on corrective action.
Reinforce the Emiratization agenda and strategy based on regulatory requirements.
Represent FAB as an ambassador for Emiratization, engaging with external Government entities.
