Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly.

  • Oversee the quality and consistency of all services offered.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the luxury tourism company in UAE.
  • Proven track record of strong relationships with UAE high end travel & tourism suppliers.
  • Management skills including the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
  • Strong Oral and Written English and Russian Language Skills.
