Service Performance Manager - A Leadership Role

About the Role:

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field as a minimum; Masters Degree is highly preferred.
  2. Certifications: Professional certifications in program management, organisational design, or related areas.
  3. Experience: Extensive experience in service performance and quality assurance within complex organisational settings such as a large holding group or a shared services function.
  4. Skills: Proven track record of improving service delivery, proficiency in Arabic would be highly advantageous, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and overall of at least 5-7 years of work experience.
  5. Location: Must be able to be based in Abu Dhabi.
