Administrative HR Assistant

The ASTI Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative HR Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks.
This position involves coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Support the preparation of offer letters and new hire documentation.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics as needed.
Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and facilitate communication between employees and benefit providers.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
Compliance and Policies:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and forwarding issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
