Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, including recruitment and selection, discipline and grievance, and other HR-related topics
  • Collaborate with line managers and department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to inform training decisions
  • Prepare and administer training courses, including recruitment and selection, discipline and grievance, and other HR-related topics
  • Ensure that all new employees receive departmental and legal training
  • Hold regular meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development or human resources
  • Strong knowledge of training design and delivery principles
