We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Dautom. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects, interfacing with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure projects are delivered with a broad general technical and business background.
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring projects are delivered with a well-ordered and logical sequence.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive project success.
  • Develop and maintain a strong eye for detail, with a methodical and organized approach to project management.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex project challenges, and lead by example in a forward-thinking and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of related construction phase experience, with 5+ years of UAE experience.
  • Professional registration may be required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop internal and external working relationships.
