Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team at the Khansaheb Group. As a Facility Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and infrastructure.

You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting Tradesman/workers in carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities. You will also ensure that all technical works are carried out in accordance with specifications and project management manual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management:
    • Oversee and manage reactive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and other electrical assets.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to the team in all aspects of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal use for reactive maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting activities related to electrical systems.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Plan and schedule maintenance work for electrical tasks, ensuring that a safe system of work is in place for all activities, including testing, commissioning, and reactive repairs.
