We are seeking a skilled Bridge Infrastructure Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our projects.
- Maintain accurate records of MEP reports, installation schedules, and work orders from clients.
- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and clients regarding MEP works status.
- Schedule and submit PM and CM plans to clients for approval, while planning work resources according to requirements.
- E nsure that all MEP work complies with local codes and standards, maintaining proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
- C ordinate with project managers and engineers to find solutions to problems, minimizing impact on project timelines and closing individual work orders.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, coordinating with client engineers for report verification.
- A ddress any issues arising during installation, such as conflicts, delays, or quality concerns.
- Ensure the project team follows safety procedures and industry best practices.
- C ommision MEP systems, verify handover reports, and document assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with infrastructure companies
- Valid UAE driving license
