Location: Dubai

  • Compensation: Salary range from 5,000 to 9,000 with performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate leads for personal loan applications.
  • Evaluate the financial stability of applicants and make informed decisions regarding loan approvals.
  • Clearly communicate loan terms and conditions to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the loan application and approval process.
  • Track loan performance and proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments or delinquencies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients and assisting them with any loan-related inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated experience in Personal Loan sales is required.
