Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Paid Search team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing client campaigns, building client relationships, and developing digital marketing skills through a combination of theoretical, hands-on, and team-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client accounts, working closely with senior colleagues to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Assist in delivering campaigns to achieve client objectives, including performance data analysis, day-to-day optimization, and administration
  • Develop technical skills to complete assigned tasks, including automation and reporting
  • Attend status meetings with clients and support colleagues in your team throughout your training period

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in digital marketing and a strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Previous experience in paid search and/or paid social media is desired but not essential
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Educated to degree level, within Marketing or a STEM subject is desired
