At DANUBE HOME, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Collections Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll be responsible for implementing and enhancing our receivables collection mechanisms across all projects.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Banking Collection or Real Estate, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enhance receivables collection mechanisms
  • Responsible for reaching out to customers for default payment collection
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables through robust follow-up
  • Influence, negotiate and persuade customers to pay on time
  • Send payment reminders through email
  • Reconcile customer statements as per paid amount
  • Allocate payments received through bank transfers
  • Resolve disputes and restructure payments if needed
  • Send defaulter notices to customers for late payments
  • Follow ethics and compliance of set company policies and procedures
  • Arrange meetings with customers to assist with queries, issues, and requests for payments collection
  • Coordinate with cashier to hand over payment receipts and transfers
  • Attend daily meetings with team leader to discuss collection progress and issues
  • Provide a monthly report with collection results to the team leader

Desired Candidate Profile:

Relevant Experience: 4-6 years in Banking Collection/Real Estate

Language Preference: Open; Arabic/French/Russian an added advantage

Proficiency: Very good communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically MS Excel)
