Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a competency-based continuing education program that supports nurses in all specialty areas towards improvement in clinical practice.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a competency-based continuing education program that aligns with the hospital's strategic objectives.
