  • Operational Procedures
    • Work within established operational procedures to ensure that food and beverage preparation processes remain efficient and effective.
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the counter area, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the counter area.
