Dubai Aviation Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Safety Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the flight operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential safety risks and non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Provide training and guidance to pilots, dispatchers, and other team members on safety procedures and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of safety measures.
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in aviation, safety management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in aviation safety or a related field.
  3. Current GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatch License or meet the requirements of GCAA CAR PART II.
  4. Proven track record of improving safety performance and reducing risk.
