About the Role

A leading Aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of ground support equipment and facility infrastructure.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless aircraft maintenance operations, optimizing equipment performance, and maintaining compliance with aviation safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the GSE fleet, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory control.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, renovations, and upgrades to support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with aviation safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Optimize GSE operational costs, including fuel, spare parts, and vendor contracts.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan.
  • Lead and develop a team of technicians and maintenance staff.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in GSE and facility management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GSE equipment, aviation safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in cost control, vendor management, and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
