Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team in the MENA region. The successful candidate will drive growth by developing and implementing strategic business plans, managing key accounts, and executing high-impact sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional business strategy, aligning with CSG objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and customer-winning proposals to showcase CSG solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the MENA region, with a strong track record of success in the education sector.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong commercial insight and an understanding of international sales.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
