Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, gather data, and report findings to physical therapists.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques, exercises, and home programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Studies or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in practicing state(s) with education from an accredited program.
  • Any additional certification/registry, as required.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of our customers, including patients, employees, and the community at large.
