Job Description

The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to all clients. This includes ensuring the reception environment is clean and well maintained, as well as contributing to the success of the centre by recommending client homecare and daily operational procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and well maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Recommend client homecare and daily operational procedures to contribute to the success of the centre.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English or Arabic.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient with office administration and MS Office.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to complete quality work in an efficient manner within agreed timeframes.
