**Job Title:** Strategic PMO Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Strategic PMO Director to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for MACE Group's Consult business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic objectives, projects, and business outcomes in line with the company's overall strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Leadership and Strategy:** Provide leadership and direction to the PMO team, establishing a clear vision and strategy for the department.
  • **Capability Development:** Cultivate and grow the PMO team's capabilities, expertise, and capacity to deliver high-quality projects and business outcomes.
  • **Planning and Budgeting:** Own the PMO planning and budgeting process, ensuring compliance with MACE Group's reporting cycles and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key deliverables (OKDs).
  • **Financial and Operating Targets:** Accountable for delivering annual financial and operating targets for the Consult PMO, including KPIs, OKDs, and business outcomes.
  • **Relationship Management:** Foster effective relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • **Sector Business Plans:** Partner with Sector Leads to develop Sector business plans for PMO and Planning target income, identifying new business growth opportunities and determining required capacity and growth requirements for resources.
  • **Service Excellence:** Oversee the definition and implementation of the service excellence plan, creating real distinctive value and ensuring it sets out the strategy for aligning, consolidating, innovating, and delivering on the PMO and Planning service offer.
  • **Innovation and Thought Leadership:** Champion innovation and provide thought leadership across the PMO and Planning CoE, business planning, and service delivery, advocating new ideas, ways of working, and efficiencies.
  • **Service Propositions:** Lead the development of service propositions, specific tools, and deployment models within the CoE and across other functional areas.
