Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in business development initiatives, including proposal creation and client presentations, by understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Conduct presales activities to demonstrate Oracle HCM capabilities and align them with clients' HR business processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and develop effective solutions to address their HR transformation goals.
  • Work closely with clients to establish the necessary architecture and solutions to meet their HR transformation objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to create HR strategies that align with client business goals and enhance overall HR operations.
  • Deliver high-quality, impactful deliverables within set timelines to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Lead functional workstreams, ensuring alignment of project deliverables and managing risks effectively.
  • Support project management efforts to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 12 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably with knowledge of Oracle Peoplesoft and E-Business systems.
  • Proven experience in business development, presales, and implementation/delivery.
  • A degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is advantageous.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Certifications in methodologies such as PMP, CIPD, SHRM, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
