About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team at TREC Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and bank statements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books and strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi.
