About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network security, SSL/TLS certificate management, and endpoint protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage robust security controls and practices within Azure environments, ensuring the protection of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Configure and maintain Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and virtual firewalls in Azure, ensuring effective network segmentation and traffic filtering.
  • Implement and manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect against DDoS and web application vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor, assess, and optimize network security policies and configurations, including virtual network security groups, Azure Firewall, and other network security tools.
  • Manage SSL security certificates to ensure secure communication across cloud-based services and applications.
  • Implement endpoint security solutions to protect cloud workloads, virtual machines, and other endpoints from malware, ransomware, and other threats.
  • Oversee the security and compliance of Office 365 environments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks in cloud infrastructure and applications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for staying current with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommending improvements to existing security architectures and practices.
