We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Azure DevOps Presales Manager, with a strong background in Microsoft Azure DevOps and application modernisation, to join a dynamic industry-leading Cloud & MSP Systems integrator based in their Dubai office.

As Lead DevOps Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, scoping and selling brownfield Azure DevOps solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft DevOps tools and practices, a strong technical background, and excellent customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure DevOps solutions based on industry best practices and organisational requirements.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with Cloud teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring solutions for continuous deployment and delivery.
  • Work with the cyber security teams to design modern application security solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate DevOps solutions to customers, providing insights and recommendations based on best practices.
  • Act as a technical advisor to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Provide technical commercial leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and teams, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute towards a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years as an Azure DevOps Consultant or a similar role, working for a leading Vendor or Systems Integrator.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including proficiency in cloud-native services, networking, and security.
  • Experience with application modernization techniques, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and Azure serverless computing.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud services (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in working directly with clients, understanding their business requirements, and translating them into actionable DevOps strategies.
  • Candidates with existing relationships with vendors and customers in market is preferred.
