Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive - Human Resources to oversee key HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws while supporting employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leave Management: Process and track employee leave, maintain accurate records, and address leave-related inquiries.
  • Overtime Processing: Calculate and verify overtime payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation, ensure seamless onboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Claims Processing: Handle educational allowance claims and ensure proper documentation.
  • Audit Compliance: Maintain HR records for compliance, conduct audits, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Exit Management: Manage employee exits, coordinate with relevant departments, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Attendance Processing: Monitor employee attendance, update records, and ensure accurate payroll calculations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Experience in overtime processing and attendance calculation is required.
  • Candidates with Oracle HRMS experience will have an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and payroll processing.
