Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implementation
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet the organization's operational and strategic needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new infrastructure solutions.
Infrastructure Management
  • Ensure the IT infrastructure is highly available, reliable, and scalable.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
Support and Maintenance
  • Provide support to IT infrastructure users, addressing queries and needs as per defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and processes.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare reports on the performance, availability, and security of IT infrastructure for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental procedures and controls.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices based on industry best practices.
  • Suggest improvements to departmental procedures and ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, systems, and controls that cover the assigned areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in digital systems engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in a relevant field.
  3. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  4. Strong understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  5. Experience with IT operations and support, including incident, problem, and change management.
  6. Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and OCI.
  7. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
