  • Market Insight & Ecosystem Analysis

  • Contribute to the company's product roadmap by providing feedback from customers and partners on market needs and solution gaps.
  • Participate in industry events to network with key stakeholders and represent the company as a thought leader in fraud risk management.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert advice on fraud risk management and integration strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers, providing ongoing support and acting as a trusted advisor.
