Job Description

The Dining Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Experience: Greet guests, ensure they're having a great time, and quickly address any concerns. Oversee the guest journey from check-in to dining and mini-golf, ensuring every step is smooth and enjoyable.
  2. Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and floor staff. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the menu, activities, and policies to provide excellent service.
  3. Operations Management: Manage the flow of guests between the restaurant, mini golf course, and bar areas. Ensure the space is tidy, functional, and ready for peak hours.
  4. Event Support: Assist with events and large bookings, making sure everything is prepared in advance and runs smoothly during the event. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely delivery of food and drinks.
