- Repair and replace critical components such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
- Carry out standard mechanical work and upkeep on various vehicles.
- Demonstrate a willingness to pursue further certifications as needed.
- Exhibit a strong desire to learn through hands-on experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
- Experience in automotive repair or relevant educational background is essential.
- ASE certifications are mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.

- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and documenting technical information.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience as a lube technician or willingness to receive on-the-job training.
- Knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools is a plus.
- Experience with diesel engines or heavy equipment is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong hand-eye coordination is necessary.
