Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Chase & Hunt Consultancy FZ LLE team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's Accounts Payable and Payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of payments, including cheques, bank transfers, and Bank of England (BOE) payments.
  2. Recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
  3. Processing of payment of utilities and other bills.
  4. Processing subcontractors/suppliers/client payments and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Reconsolidation of all suppliers' accounts and balance confirmation for audit purposes.

Year-End Closing and Audits:

  1. Accruals and reserve analysis.
  2. Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Additional Responsibilities:

Performing bank reconciliations, related entries, and reporting daily cash balances.
