Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications for credit cards, safe deposit boxes, and loan requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Verify bank account details upon client request, providing accurate and efficient service.
  • Communicate bank policies and procedures to clients, addressing any changes or updates that may affect their accounts.
  • Resolve client queries and complaints, providing prompt and professional support.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, as needed to maintain accurate records and efficient operations.
