  • Stakeholder Support: Provide support to in-geo HR operational processes and ensure a consistently exceptional stakeholder experience.
  • Process Metrics: Define, collect, and analyze process metrics to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing user needs.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation for all processes and train colleagues as required.
