Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Combuzz HR Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and expanding business with existing clients.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the staffing and recruitment industry in the UAE.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
