We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our Front Office team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Front Desk colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Ensuring seamless communication between departments to meet guest needs;
  • Monitoring and improving service standards to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and hotel operations. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
