Job Title: Pursuit Leader APJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Pursuit Leader APJ, responsible for driving the growth of our cloud services in Asia Pacific Japan.

About This Role

This role requires a strong understanding of the cloud landscape, experience leading cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of developing and executing commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will have a bias for action, strategic planning skills, and the ability to coordinate and deliver new initiatives across a highly-matrixed organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive top/strategic deals in APJ, engaging early with customer decision makers and account teams to shape account/deal strategies and build strong value propositions.
  2. Establish and manage key deal review mechanisms, including win strategy, executive alignment, and deal shaping.
  3. Coach enterprise account teams to structure complex deals and compelling proposals that address business outcomes of strategic customers.
  4. Ensure investments and resource allocation meet compliance regulations and profitability guidelines.
