Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Dubai at Irish Expert. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing overall human resources functions on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
