  • Scheduling Software: Utilize Primavera and other scheduling tools to analyze and optimize project schedules, including Logic and CPM analysis, resource loading, and leveling.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project execution procedures, ensuring compliance with project management principles and techniques.
  • Cost Management: Apply earned value management principles to analyze and manage project costs, including cost variance analysis and trending.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and changes.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent gained through relevant vocational training and/or industry experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant scheduling and planning experience.
  • Skills: Proficient knowledge of Primavera and other scheduling software, project execution procedures, cost management, and earned value management.
  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrates commitment to Wood's values, vision, and behaviors, and applies analytical and statistical evaluation skills.
